My Arch Card is lost, stolen or damaged. What should I do?
Uh-oh. Lose your Arch Card? Not to worry—we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts; you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.
Fully complete the following form and upload supporting documents which should include proof of purchase (activation receipt, purchase receipt, account summary, online purchase electronic receipt) and/or a picture of your damaged card.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.
